All products supplied by Accel Aminos are intended solely for laboratory and scientific research purposes and are designated for in-vitro research use only. Such products are not approved for and shall not be used for:

  • Human or animal consumption
  • Medical treatment
  • Diagnostic procedures
  • Therapeutic applications
  • Any clinical or healthcare use whatsoever

Products are offered only to qualified research professionals, laboratories, institutions, or entities that possess the necessary technical expertise, facilities, and regulatory compliance to safely handle and utilize chemical research materials.

By placing an order, you expressly represent, warrant, and certify that:

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days following payment confirmation.

Accel Aminos shall not be liable for delays resulting from:

  • Third-party carriers
  • Customs authorities
  • Acts of God or force majeure events
  • Circumstances beyond its reasonable control

Title to and risk of loss for all products shall pass to the purchaser upon tender of shipment to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products submitted (within 14 days) of the original purchase date. Any indication of tampering or opened packaging renders the product ineligible for return.

If a return is approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price less shipping charges and applicable fulfillment fees, upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Accel Aminos assumes no responsibility for products lost or damaged during transit. All claims related to shipping damage or loss must be directed to the applicable carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accel Aminos shall not be liable for any damages arising from misuse, improper handling, storage, disposal, or unlawful application of any product sold.
